DRL offers more than 4,000 products for next-day delivery and says its ao.com brand is one of Britain’s largest online white-goods retailer. It also manages websites for Boots, Next and B&Q. Under founder and chief executive John Roberts, 40, profits rallied from less than £1m to £8.3m in the latest year. DRL is reported to be considering a float with a potential £300m valuation.
