Arqiva provides the infrastructure behind television, radio, satellite and wireless communications for customers including the BBC, ITV and BSkyB. In March, the London-based company was selected by the Al Jazeera news channel to provide its satellite distribution. Arqiva is also part of a consortium that won a bid last year to run the UK’s second digital radio platform, offering listeners 14 stations, including Virgin Radio. The company is led by chief executive Simon Beresford- Wylie, 58.
