Lord Haughey, 61, a former director of Celtic FC, and his wife Susan, 65, set up this business in 1985. As well as installing and maintaining air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, the group now provides facilities management to supermarkets such as Asda. Growth in Australia and southeast Asia, as well as the acquisition last year of US facilities maintenance firm Baltic Trail, boosted sales by 33%. In March, the group acquired Atrium Maintenance, a French firm, which it hopes will provide a gateway to expand further into Europe.
