Founded in 1996 by Charles Nasser, 47, this London company sells IT hosting, networking and communications services to more than 5,800 businesses, including Airbus, Peugeot, Harvey Nichols and Unicef. It is following a buy-and-build strategy and now has 20 offices in seven European countries after making 13 acquisitions across the Continent since 2014, with backing from Goldman Sachs, Ares and RBS. The group’s profit before amortisation hit £17.2m in 2016. It acquired the Brazilian IT services provider CredibiliT in December 2016 and the Dutch IT firm Rely in February 2017.
