This firm develops specialist silicon chips and software for a range of products, from mobile phones to driverless cars. Founded in 2001 by four semi-conductor experts, the Wokingham firm has sites in Bristol and Oxford, a design centre in Bangalore and a sales office in California. Revenue is from bespoke chip designs and licensing intellectual property, all of which helped exports hit £6.1m last year, with Sweden its biggest market. Co-founder and managing director Ian Lankshear, 49, and chairman Mark Hodgkins, 60, expect the US and China to drive growth.
