Small hotels and bed-and-breakfasts across Britain rely on Eviivo’s software to connect them to the websites on which their rooms are displayed. As soon as a room is booked, the software updates all listings, preventing double-bookings. It also helps with processing payments. Founded by Ian Griffin, Manoj Badale and others in 2004, the London company is planning to expand in Europe. Sales rose 71% a year from £1.2m in 2007 to £6m in 2010, and in March this year Investcorp Technology Partners took a 55% stake in a deal valuing Eviivo at £30m.
