The Poole business has 932 outlets in 49 countries, and has been growing fast, with last year’s group sales increasing 21% to £394.9m. The founders, including managing director Mark Constantine, 65, are issuing new shares to employees, providing them with a 10% stake in the business and a greater say in its future.
