The British love their tea, and this Bristol company has a variety of herbal infusions to suit any mood and taste. Its most popular creations are Three Mint, Night Time and Detox, and it also sells a collection of herbal remedies. Co-founder Tim Westwell, 54, started the business in 2002 from his spare bedroom after joining forces with herbalist Sebastian Pole, 45. The pair have grown turnover to £17m this year, with half of sales generated overseas. They now plan to expand in the US and Germany – their fastest-growing markets – and launch a new range of teas.
