This group provides 1.5m fuel cards to fleet operators. Valid at 30,000 fuel stations in Europe and Asia, the cards are used to buy 2.75bn litres of diesel a year. In 2013, Crewe-based UK Fuels merged with its other fuel card firms to form Radius, with offices in 11 European countries. Last year it expanded into Asia in conjunction with Shell, opening offices in Singapore and Malaysia. Under founder and chief executive Bill Holmes, 53, the group generated gross overseas sales of £510.9m in 2016. This includes fuel duty.
