Customers are typically financial institutions and police forces, which record calls for staff training, dispute resolution and protection against fraud. Iain Worthington and Andrew Jackson founded the business in 1988 and have opened offices in New York, Bangkok and Singapore. They now plan to expand in the Asia-Pacific region and have recently won a contract with the Malaysian police force. Sales have grown 38% a year from £1.9m in 2007 to £5.1m in 2010.
