This London-based chain of Thai restaurants was set up in 2008 by husband-and-wife team Alex and Saiphin Moore, 47 and 48, after their market stall in east London’s Brick Lane had proved a hit. The couple had previously run a Thai restaurant in Hong Kong, where they met. They now have seven restaurants across London, including the latest, in Victoria, which opened in April. They also published a cookbook last year. Sales increased to £5.5m in 2016 and they plan to open a further three restaurants, including their first outside the capital.
