Under co-founders Michael Nabarro, 36, and Matt Scarisbrick, 37, the company grew turnover to £5.2m in 2016, when it handled sales of more than 15m tickets, with a total transaction value of over £300m. In the same year, it also processed 516,000 merchandise transactions, 74,000 memberships, and nearly 400,000 charitable donations.
