This online tile retailer was launched in 2013 by former Topps Tiles executives Mo Iqbal, 45, Jeremy Harris, 46, and Nick Ounstead, 57. It supplies consumers and the trade with a range of 850 wall and floor tiles, offered at competitive prices with fast delivery. It has invested in technology, including warehouse automation and data analysis software, and this year it relocated to a £10m, 120,000 sq ft warehouse, showroom and office complex in Stoke-on-Trent. Sales doubled over two years to £8.8m in 2016, and are forecast to rise 25% to £11m this year, with a goal of £50m in five years. It also plans to build up to nine showrooms across the UK.
