Chairman Ed White, 73, co-founded this consulting and software business based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, in 1992. It provides automotive finance and leasing technology to 100 customers in 30 countries, including BMW Financial Services and Ford Credit. The group has eight overseas offices, and growth in Europe and the US helped overseas sales reach £42.3m in 2016. That year, Rothschild’s private equity arm Five Arrows took a majority stake and Brendan Gleeson, 56, was appointed chief executive.
