The Buyout Track 100 value creation award, sponsored by UBS Wealth Management, was presented by Michael Bishop, head of UK private wealth management, to Mark Saunders, managing director of Cath Kidston. The company was founded in 1993 and now has 47 stores. Profits grew by 67% a year to £8.8m in 2010, when TA Associates backed the £105m buyout.
