Sir Richard Branson presented the top award, sponsored by Virgin, to Sarah, Paula, Steve and John Bennett of the fastest-growing company, The Genuine Gemstone Company. The company sells its designer jewellery on its own TV shopping channels. It has grown sales 245% a year to £54m.
