The Profit Track 100 award for customer service, sponsored by Lloyds Bank, was presented by managing director of Mid Markets, Mark Stokes to chairman Graham Mosedale and finance director Martyn Hughes from Sertec. The Birmingham-based automotive engineer has tripled profits to £7m in the last two years, in part thanks to delivering quality service to its key customers such as Jaguar Land Rover and Ford.
