The Profit Track 100 best management team award, sponsored by PwC, was presented by partner Suzi Woolfson to Jarlath Quinn, finance director, and Nick Redmond, operations director, of Chain Reaction Cycles. The team has grown a family bike shop in a village near Belfast into one of the world's largest online cycling retailers. Profits grew 63% a year, from £3.1m in 2007 to £13.5m in 2010.
