The Profit Track 100 award for the fastest-growing company, sponsored by PwC and presented by head of regions Stephanie Hyde, was awarded to Steve Groves, chief executive, and Ian Owen, chairman, of insurance specialist Partnership. This specialist insurer has carved out a valuable niche providing financial services to people with reduced life expectancy. Profits have soared 211% a year over the last three years to £38m.
