Partnership Life Assurance is an insurer that focuses on people with reduced life expectancy because of serious medical conditions including heart failure, diabetes and cancer. The Cinven-backed company grew its turnover 43% to £587.9m this year. Its chief executive Steve Groves and chairman Ian Owen collected the award.
