Systems Ability helps companies to install software so that new programs do not conflict with existing ones. It was founded in 1999 by two IT consultants, Andy Jagger and Alisdair Hamilton-Wilkes, along with the serial entrepreneur Michael Dick. Customers include Johnson & Johnson and Argos. The company's sales grew 111% a year from an annualised £231,000 in 2000 to £1m in 2002.
