Founded in 2002 by chief executive officer Rich Koppel and partner Colin Berthoud as YouDevise, the company rebranded following its merger with US firm First Coverage in 2011. It now has offices in New York, Boston, and Hong Kong. Growth in North America and new products drove sales growth of 38% a year from £3.4m in 2008 to £9m in 2011. Its backers include Commonwealth Capital Ventures, JLA Ventures, and GrandBanks Capital.
