Previously trading as Parseq, this company was created in 2010 when outsourcing firm Documetric acquired AIM-listed Intelligent Environments in a reverse takeover. Chief executive Rami Cassis led a £33m takeover in December 2011 and has now rebranded the business Intelligent Environments. The London firm provides multi-channel digital banking software including mobile applications to over 50 customers, which include O2 and Barclaycard. It is backed by HarbourVest Partners, Parabellum Capital and Nova Capital, and sales have grown 53% a year, from £6.4m in 2008 to £23.1m in 2011.
