IT design and delivery consultancy Mosaic Island was established in 2006 by David Tyson, Tony Walsh and Matthew Lock-Fuerst, who previously worked together within Orange's technical team. The Bristol company designs, develops and implements large projects, such as consolidating the IT systems of Orange and T-Mobile after their merger as Everything Everywhere. Customers are largely in media and telecoms, but Mosaic Island is looking to expand into new sectors. Sales grew 43% a year, from £2.7m in 2009 to £7.6m in 2012.
