The twelfth annual Tech Track 100 league table supplement was published in The Sunday Times on 16 September 2012, with title sponsor Hiscox.

The 2012 Tech Track 100 league table ranked Britain's private tech (TMT) companies with the fastest-growing sales over the latest three years, from 2008 to 2011, or 2009 to 2012. Growth ranged from 38% pa to 284% pa, with sales typically between £5m and £50m.

Well-known and emerging brands on the 2012 league table include online money lender Wonga, online entertainment trader musicMagpie.co.uk, and content recognition services provider Shazam. See the press releases.

The Tech Track 'Ones to Recognise' lists five promising companies that did not make it on to the league table.

The 2013 Tech Track 100 league table will be published on 15 September.
