The current team consists of 20 full-time staff and 10+ freelance researchers and writers, some of whom have worked for Fast Track for over ten years. Many have postgraduate Oxbridge degrees, some have accountancy and commercial research experience, and others have worked for major national newspapers and events companies.
Fast Track is always on the lookout for talented people; particularly if they are interested in working and living in Oxford, but still being paid a London salary, and would relish working closely with some of the UK's top entrepreneurs, demanding blue-chip sponsors and national media partner, who are all predominately based in London.

Senior business events manager: £30,000 to £34,000
Manage invitation-only business networking dinners for top entrepreneurs.- Project-manage our events, including a number of our seven annual high-profile national awards dinners (attended by c.250 directors and sponsors) and 25 smaller bespoke dinners (attended by c.30 entrepreneurs).
- Manage the invitation process, and engage and build strong relationships with key directors and entrepreneurs to secure their attendance at our dinners. Regular attendees include entrepreneurial founders such as Sir Richard Branson, Peter Williams of Jack Wills and Rich Reed of Innocent drinks.
- Build and service relationships with our all-important blue-chip sponsors, who include HSBC, Microsoft, PwC, Virgin and our media partner The Sunday Times.
