Fast Track is currently recruiting for the following position:

Office & social media manager: £28,000 to £30,000

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and capable individual, to take on a new role to both manage all day-to-day aspects of our small 20-person office and to also drive the management and development of our nascent business social media strategy.
  • Act as our ‘front of house’ and be the ‘go-to’ person in our busy office, efficiently and pro-actively dealing with all day-to-day issues, mucking-in when required to take ownership of ad hoc projects for the CEO, research or events teams.
  • Serve as the primary advocate and driver of all social media initiatives at Fast Track, working with our league table research managers to generate and publish relevant content on a daily basis, and using multiple platforms to engage early-stage high-growth companies and their entrepreneur founders.
  • Provide cover if required for our in-house designer, including use of InDesign and Dreamweaver to edit documents and webpages.
  • Provide admin support to our senior management team, including the director of research & editorial and the director of events & client engagement, and backup support or holiday cover for our CEO’s Exec Assistant, who you will report to.
