Nomination form for Profit Track 100
Companies are identified either by research or nomination.
Nominations can be made by company representatives or advisors, and can
be made using this online form.
Companies are ranked by their compound annual growth rate (CAGR) in profits over three years. The 2014 league table will rank companies based on the latest audited accounts (i.e. 2012 or 2013) and a base year of 2009 or 2010.
The closing date for nominations is 14 February 2014, with publication on 13 April.

Entry criteria
- UK registered, unquoted, and not subsidiaries
- Profits of at least £500,000 in the base year (2009 or 2010)
- Profits of at least £3m in the latest year (2012 or 2013)
- Profits are defined as operating profits with directors' remuneration added back
- Profits must increase in the latest year, from 2011 to 2012, or 2012 to 2013
- Excluded companies include pure property and financial trading companies, and those with restricted accounts
- Companies that do not meet the criteria can still be considered for the Ones to Recognise programme. This is a selection of companies that have either achieved, or predict, good profit growth. Click here for more information
- Exceptions are made to the qualification criteria set out above. The compiler's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
