Director of sponsorship and new business development - Six figure package
The role:
  Identify potential sponsors, engage with them and lead sales process
  Manage relationships with new sponsors to ensure their full satisfaction and help to develop new products
  Lead redevelopment of corporate website and write winning proposals
The candidate:
  Strong track record in business development, probably within professional services or business publishing
  First class communication and presentation skills, written and verbal
  Strong interpersonal and networking skills, comfortable operating at CEO level

Director of research - Six figure package
The role:
  Lead, manage and motivate team of researchers and writers to ensure timely delivery of six annual league tables
  Take responsibility for research strategy, improve data collection methodologies, champion development of new research database
  Help identify new research-led products to meet evolving needs of sponsors
The candidate:
  Strong track record in research, ideally with knowledge of private company financials, acquired in business publishing, market research, private equity or the City
  Strong IT and project management skills
  Ability to lead, manage and motivate teams, and work under pressure to tight deadlines

Director of events - Six figure package
The role:
  Lead, manage and motivate team to deliver 40 high-level events annually
  Help manage relationship with sponsors, and lead identification, invitation and management of high profile guest speakers
  Network extensively within B2B events industry, to identify and apply best practice
The candidate:
  Extensive event management experience within B2B sector, gained within conference/events organising company and/or large corporate
  Strong track record in leading and motivating teams, and delivering events to budget with meticulous attention to detail
  First class interpersonal skills, comfortable managing sponsors and speakers at the highest level
