Director of research - Six figure package
The role:
•		Lead, manage and motivate team of researchers and writers to ensure timely delivery of six annual league tables
•		Take responsibility for research strategy, improve data collection methodologies, champion development of new research database
•		Help identify new research-led products to meet evolving needs of sponsors
The candidate:
•		Strong track record in research, ideally with knowledge of private company financials, acquired in business publishing, market research, private equity or the City
•		Strong IT and project management skills
•		Ability to lead, manage and motivate teams, and work under pressure to tight deadlines

Director of events - Six figure package
The role:
•		Lead, manage and motivate team to deliver 40 high-level events annually
•		Help manage relationship with sponsors, and lead identification, invitation and management of high profile guest speakers
•		Network extensively within B2B events industry, to identify and apply best practice
The candidate:
•		Extensive event management experience within B2B sector, gained within conference/events organising company and/or large corporate
•		Strong track record in leading and motivating teams, and delivering events to budget with meticulous attention to detail
•		First class interpersonal skills, comfortable managing sponsors and speakers at the highest level
