Having bought poultry firm Lloyd Maunder in January, the company says it is Britain’s largest supplier of specialist poultry, including free range chicken. Headquartered in the West Midlands but operating from 12 sites, 2 Sisters Food Group supplies the country’s major supermarkets, and has just teamed up with Tesco to tackle the American grocery market. Sales rose to £377.2m in 2006.
