Newbury-based 2e2 provides IT consultancy and support for a wide range of European clients, and works with companies such as Microsoft, Cisco and Hewlett-Packard. Last year, 2e2 began a joint venture with Spanish telecoms giant Telefonica, allowing businesses to outsource both IT and telecoms to a single provider. Valued at £130m in 2006 when it was bought by Duke Street Capital, it is reported to be up for sale. Under co-founders Terry Burt and Mark McVeigh, international sales grew 75% a year, from £31.8m in 2009 to £97.5m in 2011.
