This Cardiff business says it is the largest apprenticeship provider in Wales, delivering training for more than 1,000 employers, including British Gas and the BBC. Founded in 1988 by managing director Andrew Cooksley, 50, who left school with no formal qualifications, the company also supplies workforce training schemes. It raised its revenues to £29m last year with new contracts from the Welsh government and has plans to expand into England next year.
