Its software alerts credit-card users if suspicious activity is detected, and allows personalised bill-payment and mortgage reminders to be sent by text, e-mail or telephone. The Reading firm claims its clients include nine of the top ten British retail banks, as well as financial institutions in America and Australia. Under chief executive Lou Venezia, sales have grown 40% a year from £4.5m in 2005 to £12.3m in 2008.
