Advanced Computer Software develops healthcare and business management software across a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, legal and education. It was de-listed from AIM in March when it was acquired by private equity house Vista Equity Partners for £725m. The company is based in Surrey, though it has offices in Britain, America and India. Last year the group made three acquisitions, including Computer Software Holdings which it bought for £110m. It is led by chief executive Gordon Wilson, 55.
