Many of the colourful ads you see when surfing the web are displayed by Adviva, an online advertising network that brings life to ads. By offering ad tracking programs and campaign-management software, Adviva helps advertisers including Sky and O2 to target their customers more accurately. Founded by Todd Treusdell and Phil Coote, the London firm has recently secured £4.5m from Kennet Venture Partners to fund expansion in Germany and France. Sales grew 117% a year from £1.4m in 2003 to £6.5m in 2005.
