Founded by Steve Mockford, Philip Caiger and Andrew Richardson in 1995, it now has 267 staff worldwide and is 40% owned by Nokia, the mobile-phone giant. Sales have grown 106% a year from £4.2m in 1999 to £17.7m in 2001.
