The world’s largest live-theatre group has almost 50 venues across Britain, America and Germany. Its West End and Broadway theatres are home to box-office hits such as The Lion King and Wicked. It also produces shows and runs a ticketing division. International sales hit £235.2m in 2019, helped by adding venues in Germany and America. The business is led by chief executive Mark Cornell, 53, and is majority-owned by Providence Equity Partners.
