Founded in 1902, AMI is active across the seafood industry worldwide. Through its subsidiaries, the business catches, trades and transports fish. It owns a fleet of North Sea vessels, provides cold storage, and distributes directly to British hotels, pubs and restaurants. The Yorkshire-based company acquired Scottish Caley Fisheries in March this year and in June took delivery of a new trawler to operate out of Peterhead.
