Executive chairman Finlay Ross and chief executive David Ackroyd led a buyout in 1998 from Watson Wyatt, the pension, risk and life company. Clients include BP, Norwich Union and Aon and sales have grown 46% a year from £9.5m in 2002 to £20.3m in 2004.
