Founded in 1998, Arcadia owns high-street brands including Topshop, Burton, Miss Selfridge and Dorothy Perkins. In 2015 it completed the controversial sale of BHS for £1; the department store chain went into administration last year. Sales fell 17% last year to £2bn, and Arcadia’s founder, Sir Philip Green, 65, has reportedly engaged the consultancy McKinsey to help turn around the business.
