It has been a turbulent year for Arcadia and its seven brands, which include Topshop, Burton and Dorothy Perkins. Last month, after protracted negotiations, its founder, Sir Philip Green, 67, secured a company voluntary arrangement with creditors to allow it to continue trading. A restructuring will close about 50 of its 570 UK shops and pull the Topshop brand out of the US.
