Chief executive Denis Kaminskiy, 39, and chief technology officer Lars Malmqvist, 38, launched Arcus in 2009 after completing MBAs at Cambridge University’s Judge business school. Sales grew to £9.7m last year. In May Arcus was valued at £27m after securing a £3m investment from YFM Equity Partners.
