Ardmore Construction

Building Contractor Ardmore recently produced and installed 2,500 bathroom “pods” for the Olympic athletes’ village in Stratford and finished its refurbishment of the five-star Corinthia Hotel in London. However, its core work is residential, for clients including Barratt Homes and Crest Nicholson, and it has recently won a £23m contract to build a 17-storey tower block for a housing association in south London. Jointly owned and run by brothers Cormac and Patrick Byrne, Ardmore grew sales to £214.1m in 2010, while profits more than doubled to £7.7m.
