This housebuilder, headquartered in Chesterfield, says it is set to exceed its target of building 2,000 homes a year, more than 12 months ahead of schedule. Continuing its turnaround since a change of ownership in 2014, and fuelled by a strong spring selling season, the firm had sales of £446.9m in the year to April 2018, up 21% on last year. Chief executive Colin Lewis, 62, intends to double its output to 4,000 homes a year by 2023.
