Its software even checks data for spelling mistakes and has spotted some costly and embarrassing errors. ‘One insurance client discovered it had a million more customers in its database than it thought,’ says Rodriguez. Sales have grown by 160% a year from £263,000 in 1998 to £4.6m in 2001, when the company had 26 staff.
