Chairman Mark Beard, 57, is the fourth generation of his family to lead the business, which was founded in 1892. With offices in Bristol, Guildford and Oxford, it saw sales rise to £158.7m last year. Current projects include a new postgraduate training centre at the Royal Agricultural University in Swindon.
