Founder Logan Plant, 40 — son of the Led Zeppelin frontman Robert Plant — brewed his first batch of beer in a rice pan in 2011. The brewery now sells 13m litres of beer a year from its site in Tottenham Hale and is the official craft beer supplier for Tottenham Hotspur. Its quirkily named pale ales, which include Gamma Ray, Neck Oil and Lupuloid, are sold in eye-catching cans featuring psychedelic prints and comic-book-style cartoons. In June 2018, Heineken bought a minority stake for £40m. The company is using the funds to construct Beaverworld, a new brewery and visitor centre in Enfield, north London, due to open next year. Sales climbed to £19.6m this year.
