Since it started growing exports eight years ago, this Shropshire-based family business has launched cheeses to suit international tastes. Its Red Fox brand — which is a sweeter take on Red Leicester — has proved popular in the US and Canada, and its cheddar is exported to Japan, where it is reprocessed into a cheese snack. Exports hit £1.8m in 2014 under Justin Beckett, 51, a third generation descendant of the founder.
