Top Track 100

Bloor Homes suspended construction in March and has since donated thousands of facemasks and goggles to the NHS. It specialises in building semi-detached houses and completed more than 3,000 last year, sold for an average price of £260,000, which contributed the bulk of the £1.7bn sales generated by Bloor Investments in 2019. Led by chairman John Bloor, 77, the group also includes plant-hire company Pickerings and Triumph Motorcycles, which sold more than 60,000 bikes last year but is cutting 400 jobs due to a drop in demand.
