Bloor Investments is made up of two businesses: Bloor Homes, which builds more than 2,200 homes a year in England and Wales; and Triumph, the iconic motorbike maker that chairman John Bloor, 71, bought in 1983 and is now led by his son Nick, 38. Growth in home sales, at higher prices, helped increase revenues by 18% last year to £899.8m. It sold more than 54,000 motorcycles in 2014, 86% of them overseas, helped by sales in Brazil and India in particular.
