It uses its proprietary word-recognition software to monitor the internet, storing over 200m pieces of data daily. Founded by chief executive Giles Palmer, 46, the firm raised £14m in a deal led by Highland Capital Partners Europe in May 2014 and made £15.2m in sales last year. It also acquired analytics firm PeerIndex in December 2014.
